Fill out the following registration information following the criteria outlined below.

Username must adhere to the following criteria:

1. Must be at least 4 characters in length.
2. Cannot contain spaces or special characters

Passwords must adhere to the following criteria:

1. A minimum length of eight characters
2. Contain at least one number (0 to 9)
3. Contain at least one special character (e.g. !@#$%^&*)
4. Contain at least one uppercase letter
5. Contain at least one lowercase letter
6. Passwords will not contain the Username
